Finance & Accounting

I am pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree specializing in marketing. However, I understand that "finance is the lifeblood of a business," and marketing efforts eventually have to be translated into financial metrics. Hence, I have opted to take finance and accounting courses to supplement my marketing studies and increase my financial literacy.

Moreover, I want to have concrete proof that I have a significant degree of financial education.

"In this 2-part free course, we use a company’s financial statements and annual report to understand the financial strength of a company and help us make informed decisions."

"This free corporate finance class is perfect for anyone currently in or looking for a career in investment banking, equity research, private equity, corporate development, finance, and accounting. This course is an excellent primer for beginners and a great refresher for advanced practitioners."

Consulting

I aspire to work in the fields of management and strategy consulting, and business development. Therefore, I have enrolled in courses that will give me an insight into the consulting industry.

"This virtual experience will help emerging talent immerse themselves in our organization as they explore the world of advisory. Learn how our professionals combine their knowledge and skills with innovative technology to deliver powerful solutions that drive change and build stakeholder trust. "

"So what exactly is a virtual experience program? It is the perfect opportunity to take on practical tasks similar to what our very own BCGers would work on and get a true feel of what it is like to work at BCG as a strategy consultant, technology consultant, and a designer which will give you deeper understanding on what BCG does and help set you up for success when you decide to apply with us."

"In this virtual experience program, you will gain enviable insight into what it’s like to solve meaningful challenges with our diverse and forward-thinking team."

Marketing, Communication, and Other Related

I am pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree specializing in marketing. However, to keep up with the ever-evolving marketing world, I engage in various marketing courses and platforms outside my formal schooling.

"This course tries to answer these questions and many others, providing a comprehensive overview of the scientific study of thought and behavior. It explores topics such as perception, communication, learning, memory, decision-making, persuasion, emotions, and social behavior.."

"This course will provide you with an introduction to some of the most basic methods in the emerging fields of consumer neuroscience and neuromarketing."
